ADDITIONAL COVENANTS OF THE GUARANTORS. So long as any Notes are outstanding or the Note Purchase Agreement shall remain in effect, the Guarantor agrees to comply with the covenants and agreements of the Note Purchase Agreement, insofar as such covenants and agreements apply to the Guarantor, as if such covenants and agreements were set forth herein in full.
