Additional Covenants of the Parties. (a) Further Assurances. From and after the date hereof, the each party hereto (including the Company) shall execute all certificates, instruments, documents or agreements and shall take any other action which it is reasonably requested to execute or take by any other party hereto to further effectuate the respective rights and obligations of the parties hereto under, and as contemplated by, this Agreement.
