Common use of Additional Deposits Clause in Contracts

Additional Deposits. (a) The following additional deposits shall be made to the Collection Account: (i) the Seller shall remit the aggregate Warranty Purchase Payments with respect to Warranty Receivables pursuant to Section 3.02, (ii) the Servicer shall remit the aggregate Administrative Purchase Payments with respect to Administrative Receivables pursuant to Section 4.08 and the amount required upon any optional purchase of the Receivables by the Servicer, or any successor to the Servicer, pursuant to Section 9.01; and (iii) the Indenture Trustee shall deposit the amounts described in Sections 5.06 and 5.07 that are withdrawn from the Reserve Account and deposit such amounts into the Collection Account, pursuant to Sections 5.06 and 5.07. (b) All deposits required to be made pursuant to this Section by the Seller or the Servicer, as the case may be, may be made in the form of a single deposit and shall be made in immediately available funds, on or prior to 11:00am New York time on each Payment Date. At the direction of the Servicer, the Indenture Trustee shall invest any amounts deposited prior to a Payment Date in Eligible Investments maturing in such a manner and such time so as to be available as part of Available Collections on the related Payment Date.

(b) All deposits required to be made pursuant to this Section by the Seller or the Servicer, as the case may be, may be made in the form of a single deposit and shall be made in immediately available funds, on or prior to 11:00am 11:00 a.m. New York time on each Payment Date. At the direction of the Servicer, the Indenture Trustee shall invest any amounts deposited prior to a Payment Date in Eligible Investments maturing in such a manner and such time so as to be available as part of Available Collections on the related Payment Date.

Additional Deposits. (a) The following additional deposits shall be made to the Collection Accountmade: (i) the Seller shall remit to the Collection Account the aggregate Warranty Purchase Payments Amount with respect to Warranty Purchased Receivables pursuant to Section 3.022.05 or pursuant to Section 3.04 of the Receivables Purchase Agreement, (ii) the Servicer shall remit or cause to be remitted to the Collection Account (A) the aggregate Administrative Purchase Payments Amount with respect to Administrative Purchased Receivables pursuant to Section 4.08 3.08 and (B) the amount required upon any the optional purchase of the all Receivables by the Servicer, or any successor to the Servicer, Servicer pursuant to Section 9.01; 8.01 and (iii) the Indenture Trustee shall deposit the amounts described in Sections 5.06 and 5.07 that are withdrawn from remit or shall cause to be remitted, pursuant to Section 4.02, the Reserve Account and deposit such amounts into Fund Draw Amount to the Collection Account, pursuant to Sections 5.06 and 5.07. (b) All deposits required to be made in respect of a Collection Period pursuant to this Section by the Seller or the Servicer, as the case may be, Servicer may be made in the form of a single deposit and shall be made in immediately available funds, on or prior to 11:00am no later than 5:00 p.m., New York time on each Payment Date. At the direction of the ServicerCity time, the Indenture Trustee shall invest any amounts deposited prior to a Payment Date in Eligible Investments maturing in such a manner and such time so as to be available as part of Available Collections on the related Payment Deposit Date.

Additional Deposits. (a) The following additional deposits shall be made to the Collection Account: (i) the Seller shall remit the aggregate Warranty Purchase Payments with respect to Warranty Receivables pursuant to Section 3.02, ; (ii) the Servicer shall remit (A) the aggregate Advances pursuant to Section 5.04(a), (B) the aggregate Administrative Purchase Payments with respect to Administrative Receivables pursuant to Section 4.08 4.06, and (C) the cash amount required upon any optional purchase of the Receivables by the Servicer, or any successor to the Successor Servicer, pursuant to Section 9.01; and (iii) the Indenture Trustee shall deposit transfer the amounts described in Sections 5.06 and 5.07 that are withdrawn from the Reserve Account and deposit such amounts into to the Collection Account, Account pursuant to Sections 5.06 and Section 5.07. (b) All deposits required to be made pursuant to this Section 5.05(a) by the Seller or the Servicer, as the case may be, may be made in the form of a single deposit and shall be made in immediately available funds, on or prior to 11:00am no later than 5:00 P.M., New York time City time, on each Payment the Business Day immediately preceding the related Distribution Date. At the direction of the Servicer, the Indenture Relevant Trustee shall invest any such amounts deposited prior to a Payment Date in Eligible Investments maturing in such a manner and such time so as to be available as part of Available Collections not later than 12:00 P.M. New York City Time, on the related Payment Distribution Date.

Additional Deposits. (b) All deposits required to be made pursuant to this Section 5.05(a) by the Seller or the Servicer, as the case may be, may be made in the form of a single deposit and shall be made in immediately available funds, on or prior to 11:00am no later than 5:00 P.M., New York time City time, on each Payment the Business Day immediately preceding the related Distribution Date. At the direction of the Servicer, the Indenture Relevant Trustee shall invest any such amounts deposited prior to a Payment Date in Eligible Investments maturing in such a manner and such time so as to be available as part of Available Collections on the related Payment Dateaccordance with Section 5.01(b).
