Common use of Additional Deposits Clause in Contracts

Additional Deposits. (a) The following additional deposits shall be made to the Collection Account: (i) the Seller shall remit the aggregate Warranty Purchase Payments with respect to Warranty Receivables pursuant to Section 3.02, (ii) the Servicer shall remit the aggregate Administrative Purchase Payments with respect to Administrative Receivables pursuant to Section 4.08 and the amount required upon any optional purchase of the Receivables by the Servicer, or any successor to the Servicer, pursuant to Section 9.01; and (iii) the Indenture Trustee shall deposit the amounts described in Sections 5.06 and 5.07 that are withdrawn from the Reserve Account and deposit such amounts into the Collection Account, pursuant to Sections 5.06 and 5.07.
