Additional Development and Use Provisions. 3.8.1 In the appropriate areas and zones of the Project, grazing shall be permitted to reduce fire hazards. 3.8.2 All residential dwellings should comply with the requirements of the Utah Wildland Urban Interface Code applicable to the Project. 3.8.3 As allowed by law, and until development would restrict hunting, in the appropriate areas and zones of the Project, temporary CWMU land management and hunting permits are permitted in and upon the Development and Project.
