Common use of Additional Development Support Clause in Contracts

Additional Development Support. HMI’s obligations to perform any Research Activities will conclude at the end of the Research Term. If NVS wishes HMI to conduct any additional activities with respect to any Candidate or Product at any time during the Term after the conclusion of the Research Term, then the Parties will negotiate in good faith to agree upon the scope of any such additional activities and other [***] terms with respect to such activities, including compensation.
