Additional Distribution Center Shipping Instructions. (a) The applicable bill xx lading must be delivered to the Distribution Center at time of Merchandise delivery. (b) Vendor shall mark xxx contents of each Distribution Center carton clearly on the outside of the carton, case, or package. (c) Merchandise not packaged or shipped in quantities ordered by Buyer shall at Buyer's option be returned to Vendor at Vendor's expense.
