The "Additional Documentation and Information" clause requires one or both parties to provide further documents or details as needed to fulfill the agreement or comply with legal or regulatory requirements. Additional Documentation and Information. Administrative Agent shall have received all other documents, instruments, estoppel certificates, waivers, consents or other approvals from any person or persons, and evidence of the completion of all other actions, as may, in the opinion of Administrative Agent, are necessary or desirable.
