ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTATION FROM PRINCIPAL. (a) A Principal against whom a reportable allegation or an exempt allegation has been made may submit to his or her Employer documentation, in response to the matters alleged against him or her. (b) The Employer must place such documentation on the file held by the Employer concerning the reportable allegation or exempt allegation made against the Principal.
