Common use of Additional Documents and Actions Clause in Contracts

Additional Documents and Actions. Each Subordinated Creditor at any time, and from time to time, after the execution and delivery of these Agreed Subordination Terms, upon the reasonable request of the Administrative Agent and at the expense of the Obligors, promptly will execute and deliver such further documents and do such further acts and things as the Administrative Agent may reasonably request in order to effect fully the terms of these Agreed Subordination Terms.
