Common use of Additional Documents and Acts Clause in Contracts

Additional Documents and Acts. In connection with this Agreement, as well as all transactions contemplated by this Agreement, the Partners agree to execute such additional documents and papers, and to perform and do such additional acts as may be necessary and proper to effectuate and carry out all of the provisions of this Agreement.
