Common use of Additional Documents and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Additional Documents and Expenses. The Borrower and the Guarantors shall execute and deliver to the Agent and the Lenders such additional documents (including, without limitation, amendments to the Loan Documents to provide that the Collateral secures the same and the Guaranty guarantees the same), instruments, certifications and opinions as the Agent may reasonably require (including, without limitation, in the case of the Borrower, a Compliance Certificate and Borrowing Base Certificate, demonstrating compliance with all covenants, representations and warranties set forth in the Loan Documents after giving effect to the increase) and the Borrower shall pay the cost of any title searches, updated UCC searches, title endorsements, all recording costs and fees, and any and all intangible taxes or other documentary or mortgage taxes, assessments or charges or any similar fees, taxes or expenses which are incurred by the Agent, KBCM or the Lenders in connection with such increase.
