Common use of Additional Documents and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Additional Documents and Expenses. The Borrower and the Guarantors shall execute and deliver to the Agent and the Lenders such additional documents, instruments, certifications and opinions as the Agent may reasonably require (including, without limitation, in the case of the Borrower, a Compliance Certificate, demonstrating compliance with all covenants, representations and warranties set forth in the Loan Documents after giving effect to the increase).

Additional Documents and Expenses.
