Up through and after the Closing, each party hereto, at the request of another party hereto, shall use all reasonable efforts to execute and deliver such other documents and instruments and use all reasonable efforts to do and perform such other acts and things as may be necessary or desirable for effecting completely the consummation of this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby.
