Common use of Additional Documents and Further Assurances Clause in Contracts

Additional Documents and Further Assurances. Each party hereto, at the request of another party hereto, shall use reasonable commercial efforts to execute and deliver such other instruments and do and perform such other acts and things as may be necessary in the written opinion of counsel to the requesting party for effecting the consummation of this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby.
