Additional Documents or Information. Each Company will execute or cause to be executed, stock powers, control agreements, and other writings in the form and content reasonably required by Administrative Agent, and shall deliver (or grant Administrative Agent the authority to file on behalf of each Company) financing statements requested by Administrative Agent. Borrower shall pay all costs of (a) filing any financing, continuation, amendment, or terminations statements, or (b) other actions taken by Administrative Agent relating to the Collateral, including, without limitation, costs, and expenses of any Lien search required by Administrative Agent.
