Additional Ecological Uses. (i) Landowner may grant a conservation easement on the Conservation Area provided that such easement(s) do not interfere with the Conservation Purposes. County shall be notified at least ninety days in advance, in writing, of any proposed conservation or other easement for the Conservation Area, which notice shall include the proposed easement.
