Additional Eligibility Parameters for Integrated. SNP Enrollees‌ In order to be eligible to enroll in the MCO for an integrated SNP, consistent with 42 CFR §422.107(c)(2), the individual must be: • Eligible for Medical Assistance and Medicare Parts A and B; and • Eligible to enroll in SNBC within the MCO’s Service Area in Appendix 1 of this Contract.
