ADDITIONAL FACILITIES OR LOCATIONS. If, with MBUSA's prior written consent, Retailer establishes additional facilities or locations for its service and parts operations, Retailer shall meet the facilities, identification, organizational, equipment, parts stocking and other standards reasonably established by MBUSA from time to time for such facilities or locations.
