Additional Forfeiture Provisions. Employee agrees that, by signing this Agreement and accepting the grant of the Restricted Stock, the forfeiture conditions set forth in Section 10 of the Plan shall apply to the Restricted Stock and to gains realized upon the vesting of the Restricted Stock.
