Additional Forfeiture Provisions. Any RSUs that are not Vested RSUs, and that do not become Vested RSUs pursuant to Section 2(b) as a result of the Participant’s termination of Continuous Service for any reason or any RSUs that are not Vested RSUs, shall be forfeited immediately upon such termination of Continuous Service, without any payment to the Participant. The Committee shall have the power and authority to enforce on behalf of the Company any rights of the Company under this Agreement in the event of the Participant’s forfeiture of Non-Vested RSUs pursuant to this Section 2.
