Additional Funding. Funds from this Agreement may not be used as the matching portion for any federal grant except in the manner provided by Federal and State law and applicable Federal and State rules and regulations. The GRANTEE BENEFICIARY agrees to make all reasonable efforts to obtain funding from additional sources wherever said GRANTEE BENEFICIARY may qualify.
