Common use of Additional G-Cloud services Clause in Contracts

Additional G-Cloud services. CO-19.1 The Customer may require the Supplier to provide the Additional G-Cloud Services. The Supplier acknowledges that the Customer is not obliged to take any Additional G-Cloud Services from the Supplier and that there is nothing preventing the Customer from receiving services that are the same as or similar to the Additional G-Cloud Services from any third party. CO-19.2 The Supplier shall provide Additional G-Cloud Services in accordance with any relevant Implementation Plan(s) and the Supplier shall monitor the performance of such services against the Implementation Plan(s).
