ADDITIONAL GROUP MEMBERS Clause Samples

The "Additional Group Members" clause defines the process and conditions under which new entities or individuals can be added to a group that is party to the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the criteria for eligibility, the approval process required (such as consent from existing members or notification requirements), and any obligations or rights that will apply to the new members. By establishing a clear mechanism for expanding group membership, this clause ensures that all parties understand how the group may change over time and helps prevent disputes regarding the inclusion of new participants.
