Additional guarantee - STA HK. The Borrower shall (unless the Borrower complies with its obligations to pay the No Guarantee Fee pursuant to paragraph (b)(i) of this Clause 21.23 (Additional guarantee - STA HK)) take all necessary actions to cause STA HK to accede as a Guarantor in accordance with Clause 24.2 (Accession as Guarantor) as soon as practicable after the date of this Agreement but in any event not later than 30 June 2015 (the “Accession Date”).
