Common use of Additional Guarantor as Guarantor Clause in Contracts

Additional Guarantor as Guarantor. The Additional Guarantor assumes all of the obligations and liabilities of a Guarantor under the Guaranty, agrees to be bound thereby as if the Additional Guarantor were an original party to the Guaranty and shall be a Guarantor for all purposes under the Loan Documents.

Additional Guarantor as Guarantor. The Additional Guarantor (a) --------------------------------- assumes all of the obligations and liabilities of a Guarantor under the Guaranty, (b) makes all of the waivers and acknowledgments of a Guarantor under the Guaranty, (c) agrees to be bound thereby by the Guaranty as if the Additional Guarantor were an original party to the Guaranty Guaranty, and (d) shall be a Guarantor Guarantor, Credit Party and a Loan Party for all purposes under the Loan Documents.
