Additional Hosting Services Clause Samples
The "Additional Hosting Services" clause defines the terms under which a service provider may offer hosting services beyond those originally agreed upon in the contract. Additional Hosting Services. The Supplier can also offer the Customer the following additional hosting services at such charges and on such terms as the parties may agree from time to time:
(a) Recovery from backup at Customer request;
(b) Provision of additional SmartCore databases, for example for development or training purposes;
(c) Copying of data between SmartCore databases at Customer request.
Additional Hosting Services. There are a number of optional additions the Client can choose to supplement the then existing Hosting Services. These include additional disk space and bandwidth, indexing, specialist backup services and log reporting. These additional services can be ordered at any time and the Charges therefor are as set out in the Proposal or otherwise notified by the Company
