Additional Incorporated Provisions. A. The following documents and any subsequent updates are not attached, but are incorporated herein and made a part hereof by this reference. These documents may be updated periodically by CDHS, as required by program directives. CDHS shall provide the Contractor with copies of said documents and any periodic updates thereto, under separate cover. CDHS will maintain on file, all documents referenced herein and in any subsequent updates. 1) Managed Care Data Element Dictionary 2) Rate Manual B. Additional Incorporated Provisions. The following General Provisions in Attachment B of the Master Agreement are incorporated into this Article 10—General Provisions and apply to this Agreement as if fully set forth in this Agreement: Restrictions on Solicitation; No Implied Waivers; Severability; Successor and Assigns; Governing Law; Dispute Resolution; and Force Majeure.
