Additional Indemnitees. In the event that any person becomes a Trustee subsequent to the date hereof and desires to be a party to this Agreement with each Trust, such Trustee shall so notify the Trust in writing, which notification shall be acknowledged by each Trust, and the Trustee shall become an Indemnitee hereunder and each Trust and such Trustee shall be bound by all terms and conditions and provisions hereof as of the effective date of such notice.
