Additional Indication License Option. In the event that Dyax []* all or any portion of the rights to Develop or Commercialize a Compound or a Product []* (in each case an “Additional Indication License”), then, before granting such a license, Dyax shall offer Cubist in writing the exclusive option to obtain such a license from Dyax (an “Additional Indication License Option”). Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the Parties agree that Dyax will have no obligation to offer Cubist an Additional Indication License Option with respect to []*.
