ADDITIONAL INFORMATION; CONFIDENTIALITY. (a) At any reasonable time, Seller shall permit Buyer, its agents or attorneys, to inspect and copy any and all documents and data in their possession pertaining to each Security that is the subject of such Transaction. Such inspection shall occur upon the request of Buyer at a mutually agreeable location during regular business hours and on a date not more than two (2) business days after the date of such request.
