Common use of Additional Information from Seller Clause in Contracts

Additional Information from Seller. Seller has provided Buyer with such Additional Information (as hereinafter defined) as Buyer determined to be necessary to complete its investigation of the Property, and Seller has, and caused its agents, employees and consultants to, respond to questions posed by Buyer with respect to the Property. As used herein, the term "Additional Information" shall mean and refer to information in the possession and/or control of Seller concerning (i) the Property and (ii) material changes in information and documents previously provided to Buyer by Seller.
