Common use of Additional Information; Further Assurances Clause in Contracts

Additional Information; Further Assurances. The Purchaser hereby agrees to furnish the Company such other information as the Company may reasonably request prior to the applicable Closing with respect to its subscription hereunder. Each party hereto shall do and perform, or cause to be done and performed, all such further acts and things, and shall execute and deliver all such other agreements, certificates, instruments and documents, as the other party hereto may reasonably request in order to effect the transactions contemplated hereby and to accomplish the purposes of this Agreement and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby.
