Additional Information Requests. Subject to paragraph (D) of this Article, the Grantee will comply with all other reporting requirements from time to time established by HUD, in its sole discretion, in connection with the HOPE VI Program. The Grantee will: (1) fully cooperate with all reasonable information gathering requests made by HUD or contractors of HUD in the course of authorized evaluations of the HOPE VI Program; and (2) submit any post-closeout and post-revitalization reports, in the forms prescribed by HUD, for the period of years designated by HUD.
