Additional Information With Respect to Securities. If Marathon elects to pay any part of the Ashland Put Price in Securities, then in addition to the information provided to Ashland in the Ashland Put Price Election Notice pursuant to Section 4.04(a) or 4.04(b), Marathon shall provide Ashland and its advisors with any other information concerning such Securities that Ashland or its advisors may reasonably request.
