ADDITIONAL INSPECTIONS; REPORTS. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Loan Agreement to the contrary, if for any reason whatsoever Lender suspects that any conditions exist or may exist at any Property which might have a Material Adverse Effect, Lender shall have the right, at the Borrowers' sole reasonable cost and expense, to cause such inspections and reports to be prepared and performed with respect to any Property as Lender shall reasonably determine. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Loan Agreement to the contrary, if for any reason whatsoever the Administrative Agent suspects that any conditions exist or may exist at any Site of the Borrower which might cause a Material Adverse Change, the Administrative Agent shall have the right, at the Borrower’s sole reasonable cost and expense, to cause such inspections and reports to be prepared and performed with respect to any Site as the Administrative Agent shall reasonably determine.
