Additional Interest Under Registration Agreements. Under certain circumstances, the Company may be obligated to pay additional interest to Holders, all as and to the extent set forth in the Registration Agreement. The terms thereof are hereby incorporated herein by reference and such additional interest is deemed to be interest for purposes of this Indenture.
