Common use of Additional Interests, Etc Clause in Contracts

Additional Interests, Etc. (i) All certificates, instruments or other writings representing or evidencing the Pledged Capital Stock; (ii) all warrants, options and other rights entitling the Pledgor to acquire any interest in any Pledged Capital Stock, subject to the percentage restrictions described in subsection (a) above; and (iii) all dividends, cash, instruments and other property from time to time received, receivable or otherwise distributed or distributable in respect of or in exchange for any or all of the Pledged Capital Stock; and
