ADDITIONAL INTERVIEWS: NODES AND FORM- BASED CODES Sample Clauses

ADDITIONAL INTERVIEWS: NODES AND FORM- BASED CODES. In addition to the general stakeholder interviews, and to make progress towards specific Comprehensive Plan goals and action items relating to nodes and form-based codes, the team (led by Lionheart) will facilitate one additional day of interviews with key stakeholders focused on the following action items from the new Comprehensive Plan.1 1 In 2016, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx headed up the form-based code portion of the Implement 2030 Burleson Zoning Diagnostic Report. During that effort, Lionheart staff spent several days in Burleson talking with stakeholders and determining node types, potential sites for form-based codes, and highlighting existing land use, ownership patterns, environmental and physical constraints, historic and cultural significance and planned future land uses for each potential node. Discussions about the various approaches to form-based codes were discussed with staff and various stakeholders. The knowledge gleaned from that experience would lay a good foundation for exploring the regulatory framework in three areas of the City as identified in the Comprehensive Plan as Actions 10a, 10c, and 10d.
