Additional Issues of Notes. The Company may from time to time, without notice to or the consent of the holders of the Notes, issue additional Notes, which Notes will rank pari passu with the Notes and be identical in all respects as the Notes previously issued except for their issuance date, the offering price, the payment of interest accruing prior to the issue date of such additional Notes and the first payment of interest following the issue date of such additional Notes in order that such additional Notes may be consolidated and form a single Series with the Notes outstanding immediately prior to the issuance of such additional Notes and have the same terms as to status, redemption or otherwise as the Notes.
