Common use of Additional Issuing Lenders Clause in Contracts

Additional Issuing Lenders. Any Borrower may, at any time and from time to time with the consent of the Administrative Agent or the Canadian Agent, as applicable, (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld) and such Lender, designate one or more additional Canadian Lenders or U.S. Facility Lenders, as applicable, to act as an issuing lender under the terms of this Agreement. Any Lender designated as an issuing bank pursuant to this Section 3.9 shall be deemed to be an “Issuing Lender” (in addition to being a Lender) in respect of Letters of Credit issued or to be issued by such Lender, and, with respect to such Letters of Credit, such term shall thereafter apply to the other Issuing Lender or Issuing Lenders and such Lender.
