Additional Janitorial Services Sample Clauses

The 'Additional Janitorial Services' clause defines the terms under which cleaning or maintenance services beyond the standard scope will be provided. It typically outlines the process for requesting extra services, such as deep cleaning or special event cleanup, and specifies how costs for these services will be calculated and billed to the client. This clause ensures that both parties understand how to handle requests for services not included in the regular agreement, thereby preventing disputes and clarifying financial responsibilities.
