Additional Legal Rules; Modification. This Agreement shall be construed to vary by agreement under applicable law, to the maximum extent permitted by law. If a provision of law cannot be varied by agreement, that provision of law shall supersede the conflicting variation to the minimum extent required by such law. Additional limitations on our obligations stated herein are provided under law.
