Additional Liability of Guarantors. If any Guarantor is or becomes liable for any indebtedness owing by the Company to any of the Noteholders by endorsement or otherwise other than under this Guaranty Agreement, such liability shall not be in any manner impaired or reduced hereby but shall have all and the same force and effect it would have had if this Guaranty Agreement had not existed and such Guarantor's liability hereunder shall not be in any manner impaired or reduced thereby.
