Additional Licences. 4.1 The Customer may, from time to time during Licence Term purchase additional Licences in excess of the number specified in accordance with clause 2.2.3 and the Supplier shall grant access to the Services and the Documentation to such additional Authorised Devices in accordance with these Conditions.
4.2 Where clause 4.1 applies, the Customer shall pay to the Supplier the relevant fees for such additional Licences as advised in writing by the Supplier.
Additional Licences. 6.1. Additional Candy Licences will be charged for as per Clause 4 of this Agreement and any additional Signed Proposals.
Additional Licences. The Purchaser hereby acknowledges that the Vendor shall be entitled, and is hereby authorized, at its cost and for its benefit, to grant additional licenses, easements or statutory rights-of-way over the Purchased Line, the Leased Lands and the Wellcox Yard to accommodate additional FOCCs ("additional SRWs") on terms and conditions which are similar or more advantageous than those set out in the Fibre Optic SRWs and which are no more onerous to the Purchaser with respect to the operation of its railway business; provided that the Vendor shall give the Purchaser thirty (30) days written notice before doing so, which notice shall include all drawings, plans and specifications and precise and detailed site and survey plans (collectively, the "FOCC Plans") showing the exact location thereof and which location must be consented to in writing by the Purchaser, said consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed. At the request of the Vendor, the Purchaser covenants and agrees to enter into and grant such additional SRWs with respect to the Purchased Line provided that such additional SRWs shall conform at all times with all applicable municipal, provincial or federal statutory and regulatory requirements. The Purchaser may at any time request confirmation from the Vendor of conformity of the additional SRWs, to the FOCC Plans provided by the Vendor following completion thereof.
Additional Licences. The employer shall pay licence and renewal fees for any additional Ministry of Environment Operator’s Licence required by the employer, beyond the basic licence required to perform the work in that department.
Additional Licences. With respect to any Intellectual Property owned or licensable by Shell or any of its Affiliates, which Intellectual Property is related to the production of Sugar, Ethanol and/or Co-Gen Products but to which the JV Entities do not otherwise have a licence or right to use, Shell and/or its Affiliates shall, upon the request of the applicable JV Entity, grant a licence in respect of such Intellectual Property to such applicable JV Entity, for use within the scope of the Business, on reasonable and non-discriminatory (RAND) terms and conditions (which in no event shall be any less favorable to such JV Entity than the most favorable terms and conditions granted by Shell and/or its Affiliates to any third party).
Additional Licences. 3.1 Subject to clause 3.2, the Customer may, from time to time during the Licence Term, request an Extension.
3.2 Where the Customer requests an Extension, the Customer shall notify IHS in writing of their request for either additional User licences, or an extension of the IHS Licence to cover further assets or a change in Purpose, and IHS shall respond to the Customer with approval or rejection of the request. Where IHS approves the request, IHS shall notify Customer of the additional fees due for the Extension and activate the IHS Licence to give effect to the Extension within ten days of the Customer raising a purchase order for the additional fees that IHS has notified. If the Extension is purchased by the Customer part way through the Initial Term or any Renewal Period (as applicable), any fees due shall be calculated by IHS as pro-rated from the date of activation by IHS for the remainder of the Initial Term or then current Renewal Period (as applicable).
3.3 IHS may from time to time during the Licence Term offer additional software modules or add-ons to the Customer to licence on the terms of this agreement, subject to payment by the Customer of additional licence fees. Where the Customer requests such a licence and raises the purchase order for the additional licence fees, IHS shall make the additional software modules or add-ons available within ten days of the date of the relevant purchase order (the date of making available the additional software modules and/or add-ons shall be listen in Schedule 1 as the Extension Effective Date).
3.4 Once an Extension is agreed in writing between the parties, or where a licence for additional software modules and/or add-ons is agreed in writing between the parties, Schedule 1 shall be modified by a purchase order raised by the Customer detailing the price payable as agreed with IHS as well as referring to the agreed Extension or additional software modules and/or add-ons licensed and their Extension Effective Date(s).
3.5 An Extension or additional software modules and/or add-ons may be terminated separately from the original IHS Licence in accordance with clause 14.2
Additional Licences. 6.1 The User Group may, from time to time during the Term, request additional licences/registrations to access the Licenced Materials and Cornerstones shall grant licences/registrations in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
Additional Licences. CADS will on request provide additional licences to increase the number of licensed Software users subject to the Licensee paying the then current market price and cost of the Software.
Additional Licences. Customers may purchase additional licenses at the Per-Unit Annual Fee shown in the table at clause 6.3, for the remainder of the Licence Term; and
Additional Licences. During the life of this Agreement the Company may require Employees to obtain licences to effectively support the maintenance of the Rollingstock covered by this Agreement. It is a condition of employment that where requested, an Employee must obtain the licence. All costs associated with obtaining that licence will be paid for by the Company, including training, training time (where possible, this training will be held during ordinary hours), licence test, and ongoing licence renewal, except for motor vehicle licence renewal.
