Additional Licensed Product Supply. MedCo agrees to consider, and the Parties agree to discuss in good faith, the manufacture and supply of Bulk Drug Substance, Bulk Drug Product and/or Finished Product by Alnylam (or its designee) to MedCo for MedCo’s further Development activities and/or for Commercial sale in the Territory; provided, however, that nothing in the foregoing sentence shall be construed to require the Parties to agree to such an arrangement.
