Additional Licensee Representations and Warranties. Licensee represents and warrants that: (a) all information provided by Licensee during the selection process, including information provided in the Expression of Interest system, is complete, truthful, and accurate in all respects; (b) it has the experience, ability and capacity to manufacture Licensed Product for the purposes of sale in the Territory; and (c) it has the experience, capability and capacity to Commercialize Licensed Product in the Territory.
