Common use of Additional Limitation on Transferability Clause in Contracts

Additional Limitation on Transferability. Anything to the contrary in this Agreement notwithstanding, the Limited Partner may not Transfer its interest, in whole or in part, if such Transfer will cause a termination of the Partnership pursuant to Section 708 of the Code, and any Transfer in violation of the provisions hereof shall be void.
