Additional Limitation on Transferability. Anything to the contrary in this Agreement notwithstanding, except in connection with a transfer pursuant to Section 14.08 hereof, no general partner may Transfer its Interest, in whole or in part, if such Transfer will cause a termination of the Partnership pursuant to Section 708 of the Code, and any Transfer in violation of the provisions hereof shall be void.
