Common use of Additional Limitation Clause in Contracts

Additional Limitation. In addition to the limits otherwise provided in this Article, to the extent permitted by law the Executive may in his sole discretion elect to reduce (or change the timing of) any payments he may be eligible to receive under this Agreement to prevent the imposition of excise taxes on the Executive under Section 4999 of the Code or otherwise reduce or delay liability for taxes owed under the Code.

Additional Limitation. In addition to the limits otherwise provided in this ArticleSection 2, to the extent permitted by law law, the Executive may in his sole discretion elect to reduce (or change the timing of) any payments he may be eligible to receive under this Agreement to prevent the imposition of excise taxes on the Executive under Section 4999 of the Code or otherwise reduce or delay liability for taxes owed under the Code.

In addition to the limits otherwise provided in this ArticleSection V, to the extent permitted by law the law, Executive may in his sole discretion elect to reduce (or change the timing of) any payments or benefits he may be eligible to receive under this Agreement to prevent the imposition of excise taxes on the Executive under Section 4999 of the Code or otherwise reduce or delay liability for taxes owed under the Code.

Additional Limitation. In addition to the limits otherwise provided --------------------- in this ArticleSection V, to the extent permitted by law the law, Executive may in his sole discretion elect to reduce (or change the timing of) any payments or benefits he may be eligible to receive under this Agreement to prevent the imposition of excise taxes on the Executive under Section 4999 of the Code or otherwise reduce or delay liability for taxes owed under the Code.

In addition to the limits otherwise provided in this ArticleSection 5, to the extent permitted by law law, the Executive may in his his/her sole discretion elect to reduce (or change the timing of) any payments he he/she may be eligible to receive under this Agreement to prevent the imposition of excise taxes on the Executive under Section 4999 of the Code or otherwise reduce or delay liability for taxes owed under the Code.

In addition to the limits otherwise provided in this ArticleSubsection 13(c)(ii), to the extent permitted by law the law, Executive may in his sole discretion elect to reduce (or change the timing of) any payments he may be eligible to receive under this Agreement to prevent the imposition of excise taxes on the Executive under Section 4999 of the Code or otherwise reduce or delay liability for taxes owed under the Code.
