Common use of Additional Management Provisions Clause in Contracts

(a) Each Stockholder and Company agrees and acknowledges that, subject to applicable law, the Investor Designees designated by the Carlyle Majority Interest may share confidential, non-public information about Company and its subsidiaries with the Carlyle Stockholders.
